We stopped over at this elegant hotel.

Fairly clean and excellent hotel, unbeatable and exceptionally nice location in the center. Perfect beds and a minibar, central heating, and multi-channel TV. Spacious bathroom with a tub; dog friendly staff. Impeccable customer care, parking onsite. Had free Wi-Fi throughout the property. Perfectly pleasant stay, as always.

The rooms were well-equipped with queen bed and the breakfast was savoury. The location was peaceful - just 5 minutes' walk from a botanical garden.

Amazing breakfast with a wide variety of options, including hot dishes. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The location near the bus station was convenient for tourists. We enjoyed the beautiful park just across the road with its picturesque trees. The standard single room was comfortable, with a well-equipped bathroom and plenty of hot water. I would highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

Great selection of local cheese and milk products for breakfast. Sparkling wine and homemade beer available. Walkable to bus stop and Shevchenko Park. Friendly and multilingual reception staff.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was absolutely perfect, right in front of a central park, offering beautiful views and a peaceful atmosphere. The hotel provided enhanced comfort and quality services, starting with the spacious and clean rooms that had an exclusive look and feel. The modern bathrooms were a standout feature, providing all the necessary amenities and more. Additionally, the staff went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met, such as promptly bringing an iron to our room when requested. The breakfast buffet was simply amazing, with an overwhelming variety of food options to cater to even the most demanding taste. To top it off, we were delighted to enjoy live piano music during breakfast, accompanied by a glass of breakfast wine. we were extremely satisfied with our stay here.

breakfast excellent, location between airport and city centre super, relatively quiet

The hotel is centrally located and exudes its own charm. The room was spacious. The breakfast is quite opulent with a huge cheese selection. Lunch packages are available on request for early departures.

All normal. Only the drain in the bathroom was stinky,

The room was new and spacious, and the city view was fantastic; the food was delicious with a great variety of dishes on the menu.

Wellness area costs extra. In the restaurant one gets all dishes in the considerable time offset, French fries as side dish came approximately 10 min after the meat, salad as dessert.

Central location. The breakfast was very tasty.

The mattress/bed was a bit too soft/uncomfortable. The bathroom smelled of cigarette smoke, although smoking is generally forbidden in the hotel (apparently because of the bad ventilation - somebody smoked in the room downstairs).

I stayed here for one night and had a good experience, the place was pretty clean, the staff were friendly and polite, and the breakfast was delicious with plenty of food.
